As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 14 for title,12 for part and 11 for content; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
1. Scope
This journal accepts scholarly articles in the field of Business and Health Management, covering hospital management, human resource management in the health sector, health services marketing, health policy, and other relevant topics.
2. General Provisions
The manuscript must be original and has not been published or is currently under review in another journal.
The manuscript must be written in good and correct Indonesian or English.
Files must be submitted in Microsoft Word format (.doc/.docx).
Article length: 5,000–8,000 words (including tables and references).
Use Times New Roman font, 12 pt, 1.5 spacing.
3. Reference Requirements
Use APA Style (7th Edition)
Minimum 15 references
Use a reference manager (Mendeley/Zotero) is recommended.
4. Tables and Figures
Sequentially numbered and titled
Placed within the text (not at the end)
Sources must be cited if they originate from another source.
