Tren Penelitian Kepuasan Kerja Pegawai Rumah Sakit dalam Jurnal Kesehatan di Indonesia

Abstract
Kepuasan pegawai dalam lingkungan rumah sakit merupakan elemen krusial yang mendukung kinerja dan kesejahteraan pegawai, serta dapat memastikan ketersediaan layanan kesehatan berkualitas tinggi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis konten pada sejumlah artikel yang telah dipublikasikan di jurnal kesehatan dan terakreditasi Sinta 1 dan Sinta 2 pada tahun 2021 sampai 2025, dengan kepuasan pegawai sebagai fokus utama. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jumlah publikasi yang berfokus pada kepuasan pegawai berfluktuasi setiap tahun. Di antara publikasi tersebut, semua penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Subyek penelitian didominasi oleh Perawat dengan instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis multivariat seperti Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dan Path Analysis paling sering digunakan. Adapun faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan pegawai adalah kepemimpinan, kompensasi finansial, stres kerja, peluang pengembangan diri, sumber daya dan work engangement. Sedangkan, kepuasan kerja mempengaruhi turnover intention dan kinerja. Sehingga direkomendasikan untuk mengeksplorasi lebih lanjut mengenai studi kepuasan pegawai dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif dan mix methods, khususnya pada profesi selain perawat di rumah sakit.
