Analisis Faktor-faktor Psikologis yang Mempengaruhi Kepercayaan Diri Mahasiswa Kebidanan dalam Melaksananakan Asuhan Kebidanan

Abstract
Kepercayaan diri merupakan salah satu faktor
kunci dalam keberhasilan mahasiswa kebidanan
dalam memberikan asuhan kebidanan. Tujuan
penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis faktor
faktor psikologis yang memengaruhi kepercayaan
diri mahasiswa kebidanan dalam melaksanakan
asuhan kebidanan.
Metode:
Studi ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan
pendekatan survei. Responden terdiri dari 16
mahasiswa kebidanan Program Studi Kebidanan
Fakultas Kesehatan Universitas Patria Artha. Data
dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi berganda
untuk menentukan pengaruh variabel-variabel
psikologis terhadap kepercayaan diri. Hasil
penelitian menunjukkan bahwa self-efficacy,
dukungan sosial, dan pengalaman praktikum
memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap
kepercayaan diri mahasiswa kebidanan. Studi ini
memberikan rekomendasi untuk pengembangan
program pelatihan dan pendampingan guna
meningkatkan kepercayaan diri mahasiswa.
